These terms describe the use of Water Mold Help’s public website, its educational content and its referral information. They do not replace a contract with a restoration business or an insurance policy. Contact info@watermoldhelp.com if you have a question about the website or these terms.

Purpose of the information
The website explains common water-loss questions, assessment conversations, work-scope distinctions and relevant public resources. Content is general information. It is not a site inspection, a diagnosis, an equipment specification, an insurance coverage decision or individual legal or medical advice.
A guide can help you prepare observations and questions, but the actual source, material condition, access hazards and appropriate work require an assessment suited to the property. A photo, a calendar or one measurement cannot answer every question about a concealed assembly.
Safety and individual decisions
Do not enter an unsafe area, disturb affected materials or operate equipment solely because of a general description on this website. Follow applicable emergency instructions and the advice of the appropriately qualified professional responsible for the situation. For an immediate threat to life, fire, electrical safety or another emergency, contact emergency services.
Health concerns belong with a healthcare professional. Policy interpretation and claim decisions belong with your insurer or the appropriate qualified adviser. This website cannot determine those matters from an inquiry or guarantee a result.
Referrals and separate agreements
Water Mold Help is an independent information and referral service, not the contractor performing the work. Providers are separate businesses. Availability, response arrangements, qualifications, services and pricing vary; confirm them directly before proceeding.
We may receive compensation in connection with referrals. A referral is not a guarantee, insurance approval or an exclusive recommendation. Read Referral Disclosure for the model and the questions to ask.
A work agreement is with the business identified in that agreement. Read its scope, exclusions, charges, payment responsibilities, cancellation arrangements and change process. Do not rely on website information as a promise that another business will provide a service or waive a charge. Contact the contracting business about its job, invoice or service concern.
Sources, illustrative images and changing information
Links to primary sources help you review the context of factual guidance. Requirements, public resources and individual conditions can change. A state reference or a particular flood-program process should not be treated as a rule for every property or policy. Use the relevant authority and current source for your circumstances.
Illustrative scenes and original diagrams explain a situation or concept. They are not evidence of Water Mold Help employees, a local office or completed projects. Hypothetical examples do not establish a claimed job history, inspection result or promise about your property.
If a page appears outdated, unclear or incorrect, send the page address and issue to info@watermoldhelp.com. Content and these terms may be revised to reflect the website and its actual practices. The review date identifies the current version; it does not mean every linked resource was updated on that date.
Reasonable website use
- Use the content for lawful information and property-decision purposes.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website or misuse its communication channels.
- Do not misrepresent your identity or send sensitive information that is unnecessary for a request.
- Do not present a website illustration or general guide as an inspection, provider credential or completed project.
The website is not a customer portal for an independent provider. Emailing the publisher does not authorize work, amend another business’s contract, file an insurance claim or suspend a deadline. Service and policy records should be supplied to the party responsible for that process.
Original content and external rights
You may read, save or print the guides for personal reference. Contact the publisher about commercial reuse of original editorial content or brand assets. Third-party resources, logos and linked materials retain any rights and usage conditions that apply to them. A source link is not a claim of ownership or endorsement by that source.
Questions and related policies
For website questions, use info@watermoldhelp.com. For the communication channels and their purposes, see Contact. Privacy Policy describes the current website’s information practices, and Referral Disclosure describes the referral role. These pages should be read with the actual independent provider’s agreement and your insurer’s instructions where relevant.
